Shipping policy

1. Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped with tracking number. If you do not provide your email, you will receive a confirmation txt your order is ready to be shipped with tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods:

  • We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs. The shipping options available for your order will be displayed during the checkout process.

3. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, packaging and the destination. You can view the shipping costs for your order before completing the checkout process.

4. Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship internationally to Canada, Cook Islands, Fiji, New Zealand, Samoa, Tonga, United States & locally around Australia. If you are located outside of these areas and would like to place an order, please contact us to discuss shipping options.

5. Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. 

6. Estimated Delivery Time:

  • We have an estimated shipping delivery time, once you have received your tracking number, unfortunately it is out of our hands, if delays occur.

7. Customs and Import Taxes:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues:

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package is refused, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply.

  • If you are wanting to place a pre-order. Please do this in ADVANCE. WE WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF YOU DECIDE TO PLACE YOUR ORDER NOW AND EXPECT IT TO ARRIVE IN 4 WEEKS. ALLOW TIME.
